Delivery:

Delivery to Mainland UK is by Royal Mail First Class service, and is charged at £4.95 for orders totalling up to £49.99. For orders with a value of £50.00 and above, delivery to Mainland UK is free of charge.

Delivery to all areas other than Mainland UK will be charged by weight. Please contact us prior to ordering for a delivery quote.

Returns:

We have every confidence that you'll be delighted with your purchase from Rosebud and Farthing. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with a product, you must notify us in writing within seven working days of receipt of your order, and return the goods to:

We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. You must obtain proof of postage, and returns must be sent via recorded delivery. The cost of postage and packaging is non-refundable.

Vintage Items:

Any items which are described as vintage, have been pre-owned and pre-loved and therefore are likely to show signs of wear commensurate with their age.
